Community Engagement Program for a Major City in Central Illinios

The objective is to develop a strategy, tactics, and preliminary execution of a grassroots community engagement program, involving elements such as an ice cream truck, as utilized in Oak Park, Illinois, and other communities. Current examples of Normal engagement programs are “Coffee with the Council” and “Shop with a Cop.”

Final Deliverable

The minimum deliverable is the development of a comprehensive presentation and written report of the project’s objectives, elements, budget, and rationale for evaluation of success, for presentation to the Normal Town Council for adoption as policy.
